Subject: 20817/1995-157/PUD-UT Date: Thu, 16 Sep 1993 12:29:10 -0500 1995-157 University of Tennessee RESOLUTION NO. 20817 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL INSTITUTIONAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED GENERALLY BETWEEN McCALLIE AVENUE AND EAST 3RD STREET, AND BETWEEN HOUSTON STREET AND HAMPTON STREET, WIEHL STREET, AND FORT WOOD PLACE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. _________________________ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Final Planned Unit Development attached hereto as submitted by the University of Tennessee be and the same is hereby approved for the following tract of land: A tract of land located generally between McCallie Avenue and East 3rd Street, and between Houston Street and Hampton Street, Wiehl Street, and Fort Wood Place. All the properties owned or leased by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga which lie within the above referred boundaries and as approved on the new Institutional Planned Unit Development Plan. The area at the northeast corner of Oak Street and Palmetto Street, which is partially occupied by the Patten House, is presently zoned R-3. An application to rezone this area must be submitted before the Final Institutional Planned Unit Development Plan for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Institutional Planned Unit Development can be recorded because an Institutional Planned Unit Development must be located in an R-4 zone. 2.
